Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. In some cases, slight delays may occur due to high order volume or operational reasons.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is between 2–5 working days across Pakistan. However, delivery duration may vary depending on your city, accessibility of your location, and the courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. From time to time, we may offer free delivery on selected deals or minimum order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide. Customers are requested to ensure their availability at the time of delivery to receive the parcel, as repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to order cancellation.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID through SMS or WhatsApp, which can be used to monitor your shipment.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier issues, weather conditions, or remote area deliveries. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Nutrachem will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report such issues within 24–48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse. Returns based on change of mind or personal preference are also not applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email with their order number and clear images or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the case and provide further instructions accordingly.

Refund Policy

Once a return is approved, the refund process is initiated and typically completed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are usually issued via bank transfer or may be adjusted against a future order, depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

In cases where a product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
